I'd like to see improvements with regards to these two things in future versions of this tool. If there is a way to do that, I haven't figured it out. The other thing I've had a problem with is not having certain folders be included in a backup. I've always encountered a bottleneck when it comes to NAS boxzes, and I think if I could back up the same NAS with physical machines everything will be finished at a faster rate. I was also very impressed with the recovery feature for VMs, since it basically allowed me to come up with a VM from just a backup point.ĬONS: There are a couple of things that I think can be improved. That's really something more people should appreciate since it's happened quite a number of times with previous tools I've used. No files have ended up corrupted or lost. I haven't encountered any difficulty when it comes to using it. We got this tool specifically for that purpose and I can say that it has been a good decision on our part. PROS: Our organization was already using a tool for backup, but it was for our physical machines and not for our virtual ones.
